INDOOR Mini Group Lessons: Provided through EJRP If you are looking to learn more about volleyball and/or develop your skills, this is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals with Essex High School Volleyball Coach Karen Chesser. Her lessons have been set up in a small group setting (4-8 players), allowing for more personalized instruction. Karen understands every athlete has different needs and goals. Whether you are beginner or advanced, through mini group instruction, she can help identify athlete's strengths, breakdown skills, provide repetition of correct technique, break bad habits and give them confidence and encouragement to reach their goals. OUTDOOR Private Lessons: $50/hr. Semi-Private Lesson (2-4 players): $40/hr per player Group Lessons (5-8 players) $30/hr per player This cost includes whether you just want to practice for the upcoming 2015 Indoor Volleyball season OR if you are interested in learning the specific game of Doubles Beach/Grass Volleyball. Either way, it's great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. 1.) Indoor Volleyball Instruction, Outdoors! If you are looking to learn more about volleyball or you want to work on specific skills, Karen Chesser provides one on one or semi-private lessons in an outdoor setting. Participants have the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of volleyball such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, defense, court awareness, communication, plays, and more. 2.) The game of Doubles Volleyball Whether its on sand or grass, players will learn how to play doubles volleyball. Playing doubles has it's own criteria. Players will be learning not only the basic fundamentals used in the game of doubles volleyball but also the strategy behind the game.
